Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Stumbled across this place while staying across the street on business, glad I found it. The pizza selection was amazing, took me about 10 minutes to work my way through the menu. The woman working the front counter was very friendly and helpful in guiding me through the menu, giving me suggestions, etc. I wound up going with her favorite, the "Unicorn Force," and it was just as delicious as she said it would be. Beer selection is also very solid, with a variety of local brews on tap. They have a pleasant outdoor seating area, although there isn't much in the way of a view (it's mostly road and shopping center parking lot). However, it's fairly quiet and not a bad place to nosh on a warm night.

We chose this out of all of the restaurants in the shopping area. We had walked in to see what the menu was like and saw that they had thin crust pizza, which is our favorite. We ordered the Noah's Ark (it was a difficult decision) and were very happy with it. We also ordered a greek salad that was very good, but I could have done without the roasted eggplant. The dressing was good, the greens were fresh, and there was plenty. Another plus is that they have several micro brews that go very well with pizza.

The hubby and I ate here on a busy Friday night. Pablo's had offered a Living Social deal earlier in the week, and lots of folks (like us) were cashing in. We had been planning to give the place a try due mainly to some good reviews and since they offer VEGAN cheese as an option on their pizza. The Living Social offer just gave us the incentive to commit. Pablo's offers an amazing number of gourmet toppings such as feta cheese, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, etc. We decided to 'make our own' and chose: red sauce, roasted red peppers, fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, and vegan cheese. Despite the crowds, our pizza only took about 20 minutes--a nice surprise. And, it was delicious. I had not eaten pizza since adopting a vegan lifestyle, and one bite made me realize what I had been missing. Really delicious pizza with a thin, crispy crust. The only minor quibbles I have are that the pizza (and toppings) are a bit pricey. Although, for the chance to eat a really delicious vegan pizza, I would definitely pay the price. Also, for a more gourmet restaurant, you stand at a counter and order. I wasn't expecting that. But, on the plus side, you get your food much more quickly. Kudos for the wide variety of toppings and the very friendly staff. We will definitely be back. NOTE: In addition to vegan cheese, Pablo's offers a gluten-free crust for $3.50 extra.

Meh. Undercooked crusts, bland pizza sauce, and an inattentive, disinterested staff made for a very forgettable experience. Read the fine print on the menu about the gluten free pizza crust, as I'm pretty sure it was dragged through some wheat flour on the way to the oven. One and done, won't be back there again.

this place rocks for lunch i am not sure i would ever order a full pizza its just a bit over my price range but $3 for a slice at lunch is very cheap for what you get! the cheese is some sort of fancy real cheese and is the best cheese i have ever had on a pizza they for sure don't buy cheap ingredients (which explains the higher cost for a full pizza).

Excellent food. The establishment is "order at the counter" type of restaurant, with servers bringing out the pizza, wine or beer... Service this night was just a little "surly" - nothing overly rude but not too friendly. However, the great pizza made up for a lot of that.

Fantastic food. Every pizza was great. Service is relaxed as is the atmosphere. Fantastic selection of beers and an eclectic pizza menu.

went here for the first time today and was so pleasantly surprised! the patio is almost always empty which makes me think it's not open every time i drive by. i've always been sort of leery of it because it just looks like they don't have any business - a pizza place nobody's going to? not good... but! we went in at lunch and the place was almost totally full! the decor is great, beer selection is great, and food is excellent! i love creative pizzas and theirs are nothing but. there were a couple of mentions of it being a franchise with a couple of places on the western slope, but i still think of it as being small locally owned. this is a real winner, so glad i went in. i suggest they take away some of the tables on the patio that stay empty so much. they could do something with that space that's more inviting and lets folks know they're open. (i'm not a marketer, i just play one on tv.)

So far we are big fans. Our family LOVES pizza and Pablo's is wonderful. My wife and I split a medium, 2 different styles can be put on 1 pizza. The boys split a Mac and Cheese pizza. Really enjoy this place and will frequent often. The price is also very reasonable.

Visited for the first time a few days ago, i got the portabella mushroom panini, delicious! I will absolutely go back. My boyfriend got a pizza .. dont remember which one he loved all the toppings, the crust he said could have been a bit better, but we were satisfied with the food and will visit again!

My husband and I tried Pablo's for lunch today, and we were really impressed. We both got the lunch special - two slices and a soda for $6.00 (a good deal since two slices alone would normally be $6.50). Sensing it was our first time visiting, the nice young man behind the counter explained our options... everyone working there seemed really friendly. We both got a slice of the weekly special (this week was Blue 4 U - blue cheese, artichoke, roasted tomato, mozzarella, and a garlic olive oil sauce) without knowing what was on it and we both loved it. The crust was the perfect amount of crisp and the garlic sauce was delicious. My husband doesn't like tomatoes or blue cheese but Pablo's tricked him into trying it and he really liked it. I think they had about six different types of pizza to choose from for the slices, and for my second one I chose The Blonde Beast (pesto, chicken, mozzarella, mushrooms, roasted red pepper, and a lemon olive oil sauce). I didn't taste any citrus, but it was still very good. My husband ordered The Noah's Ark, which includes a ton of different meats. We left feeling quite full, but not stuffed, which is perfect for lunch. We plan to go back when it's a little cooler so we can enjoy the nice patio area and the wide selection of local beer!

The pizza is divine!! There are many well-crafted recipes with creative ingredient pairings. I always order the Earth Momma (lemon olive oil, chicken, spinach, red onion, pineapple, goat cheese) and the flavor profile is sublime. I bring colleagues and friends visiting from out of town to Pablo's because I know it will be a hit. Definitely one of my top 5 restaurants in Fort Collins!

Just called to order delivery. They said we can't because another company makes our deliveries now. I couldn't get the directions on how to order before she hung up. Good pizza, but not at all worth poor & lazy customer service. Garlic knot is just as good & will take my delivery.

Only been here once, but plan to return soon. Conveniently located in the Council Tree Center off of Harmony. Pizza crust was spot on for my liking. And the pizzas ordered were delicious with what tasted like fresh toppings. Nice selection of beers on tap. Restaurant was clean and had an upbeat atmostphere. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Gluten free oh my gosh! I've been searching Fort Collins for the best gluten free pizza. No one compares to this. Hot crispy goodness, at the best value you'll get anywhere. The gf crust is flavorful, crispy, and amazing. I won't go back to anywhere else. Service was wonderful, delivery was quick and friendly.
(5)Kristin L.
Am I missing something???? Like maybe the rest of my pizza......I like thin crust- but this is ridiculous. It looks like a Tombstone pizza. My husband ordered a large 2 topping, I ordered a medium 3 topping, a beer, and a soda $50. Wow!!

I'm surprised I haven't written a review for Pablo's before. Perhaps I have and it became a missing review? Sometimes during my days in Fort Collins I suspect I got missing reviews without notices or perhaps it actually did just slip my memory. Who knows. I have been to Pablo's several times in the past and one time recently to see my aunt and a friend. Pablo's Pizza has always been great! They have pizzas already baked and in their display window where you can buy pizza by the slice. You can also get various size pizzas of your own preference to eat there or take home. Pizza continues to be an evolving thing as to what ingredients they put on as toppings. I got a more conventional type of pizza with lots of sausage on it and then shared what would constitute as a Supreme Pizza more or less here. My aunt's friend got a more unusual kind of pizza which had shrimp and Mandarin Orange as the topping. I was a little suspicious at first as to if I wanted to try it but I went ahead and tried a piece. The Shrimp and orange pizza actually tasted very good! Since I am on the fence with shellfish I don't think I would want a full size pizza with these toppings on them but eating a slice with these ingredients was perfect!

Hubby and I were in the mood for a new pizza experience tonight. Yelp search revealed Pablo's. A steller choice, all the way around! Was a little surprised to walk in thru the patio to get to the front door and order '@the counter instead of with a server'....but the prices were quite reasonable, which I'm sure keeps the costs down. Service was top shelf and punctual. Had the mandarin goat and regular side salad = *5* Blue cheese dressing = *5* Ranch dressing = *5* Cheesey sticks = *4.5* Pesto Raviolis = *5* Pepperoni Pizza = *4* Every thing tasted handmade and with fresh ingredients. Will def be back....and with our kids....they serve a hard-to-find mac-n-cheese pizza!!!! Thx Pablo's :)

Pizza was good. It was kind of greasy and not a lot of toppings for how pricey it was. The fried ravioli was delish.

We have been to Pablo's Pizza on several occasions. The pizza has been beyond delicious each time. Just had our first "to go" order and it was equally good. The ingredients are top quality, and the flavor combinations are spot on. Great selection of local drafts and bottled brews. Highly recommend!
(5)Heather T.
It's been a while since I've visited this pizzeria. The service and friendliness of the staff is a five star and the pizza is a three star so a four is a compromise between the two. The pizza is good but a little on the greasy side. I also find the crust a little chewier yet hard. I ordered the weekly special which was the white pizza with four cheeses and herbs. Pretty basic but good. My second piece I can't remember the name of, but it had spinach, feta, sausage and tomato with a garlic sauce. That was my preferred of the two. If I'm in the area, I'd stop again but I wouldn't necessarily make this a destination restaurant.
(4)Kurt S.
Not that impressed. Honestly the sauce was good but $15 for a medium pizza better change my life. The atmosphere is great with beer on tap ($5) and a very chill atmosphere outside to enjoy the night. I would recommend it once in a while but if it's grabbing some pies for you and some boys go with little Cesar's. They did offer an online discount, it was $3 off 1 of my 4 medium pizzas. If I was running the place I would honor $3 off all of the medium pizzas. Overall a good atmosphere but for $15 I'll go eat a steak.

This pizza place has a wonderful selection of pizza toppings and styles. Although the building is small it seems to accommodate small parties very well. A little expensive for what you get but if you are seeking a different kind of pizza flavor then it's worth the extra money. The ricotta cheese on any of their pizzas is amazing. Park in the back of the store to get in and out sooner. I had ordered the Cajun pizza it was very salty, It was the only reason I did not give the place 5 stars.
(4)Katie A.
You can never go wrong with their slices for lunch! They always have an interesting special to try our you can build a pizza with soooooo many options to suit your cravings. Their salads are also very good: crisp and fresh dark greens, homemade dressings, and outstanding price for the amount you get. Pablo's has the best crust in town in my opinion!

I was so happy to find a gluten free pizza. I was diagnosed with Celiac over 30 years ago and this is the first time I have ever had pizza since my diagnosis. My only concern is that the size of the GF pizza is so much smaller that the regular large without a cost differential. I also like the fact that the restaurant offers sauces other than the typical tomato based sauce. The lemon olive oil sauce is wonderful. I highly recommend the GF pizza and my husband who is not gluten intolerant really likes the regular pizza. Keep up the good food.

Pretty decent pizza. They have lots of funky, creative pizzas that usually work well. Good place for a lunch slice. A wee bit high-priced though.

K, to be honest they are getting a 3 since we had high expectations from the reviews. We also didn't dine in, which from what I understand is a great environment. I am also comparing apples to apples, and am comparing it to pulcinellas down the street. Both service were 5 star. We got the pepperoni pizza at both. For the same size, Pablos is more expensive ($2) more. Which is fine, but it honestly wasn't as good as pulcinellas. The crust and sauce simply are not as good. Which, if I am going to pay $19 for a one topping pizza I want it to be really good. Now pulcinellas dine in is a joke. It is a tiny place with a really bad echo. So you can't talk much. And I also have no idea what pablos other menu items are like. Seems like everyone else got other menu items. So, my recommendation is, if you want a better cheaper pepperoni pizza, go to pulcinellas. If you want a better dine in and possibly better food, go to pablos. But DON'T waste your money on their pepperoni pizza.

I've only ordered delivery from Pablo's, so I can't speak to how the restaurant is. The food itself was once great, but ordering from here has become a pain in the butt and a bad experience every time. The pizzas are inventive. I'm a big fan of the Santa Fe Way and my husband loves the Mean Mr. Mustard; however, the delivery times have been well over an hour despite living one mile away. The pizza is always luke-warm and soggy by the time they get here. I don't know if they're lacking in delivery drivers or what, but there's no excuse when you're only a mile away. I would still recommend eating in if you're in the area, because the pizzas are still pretty good... if they haven't been sitting in a box for an hour.

Pablo's has it's act together. For the record, I love pizza! I was born on Jersey so I love thin crust, but I grew up in Chicago and I love deep dish! Pablo's is fantastic thin crust pizza. The get it here. I like to eat around 2 and that tells me a lot about a pizza place. Are they only on there game during the peak? Or are they at their best all day long. Here's what I'll say. I ate here at 2:30 and the pizza was on point! I got two slices of cheese and a pop for around 6.00s. Unlimited refills on the pop because the have a pop machine you can fill up yourself. The pizza was so good I went back to the counter and got 2 more slices! The sauce is light but has a great basil/oregano flavor. I was very impressed! I just got back from a week in NYC and ate pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner. Pablo's could hang with the best in NYC. Staff was on point and super helpful in finding me an outlet so I could work/charge my computer. The price is right and the pizza was great! Some fresh basil would have been great, but I was thrilled with the pizza. Red pepper and parm on every table! These guys get it and are giving puchanella a run for their money! Well done guys!!!

Never Again.Ever! My husband myself and our young son walked in on a cold December night when it was a cold and windy 21 degrees out. We approached the order spot and the young buck behind the counter passed over the customary greeting and made a rude joke about my fur hat. What was worse..the entire staff of young men proceeded to laugh as if it was the damned funniest thing they ever heard! I walked to the restroom to compose myself as just had their ENTIRE staff laugh hysterically at me. My husband told the fellow " that was a d#ck thing to say"..no apology....nothing..in response... He orders..I return...he asks..my husband for my ideas for pizza and i told him i didnt want anything ..I just got fed a plateful of public humiliation..I didn't want food anymore.....i then take off my hat and asked " what was so funny about a hat worn all over the world in winter? Was it really important to have everyone laugh at me and make me feel bad?" The young buck so pleased with himself for humiliating a woman In front of her child and spouse..who neglected to apologize..ran off to a back room... Its okay to make customers feel like crap..yet when they ask why..they run off and hide. Upon exiting I turned and let them know, in spite of what comedic joy me and my hat brought them ..they " wear a$$hole well!" We left. The young buck then turns up running after us! As we are getting in our vehicle..!!!! I held my arm up in a 'stop' position sand announced with force " stay away from me..do not come near me..you already did enough"! So..there ya go. I did not want his apology..IF that is what he was going to do..I don't know..for all I know he was chasing after us to be foul...no management engaged us ONCE throughout the whole event!!! I cannot speak to food..it looked divine. The facility smelled great before I was forcibly fed public humiliation..they may serve great pizza..I dunno.......yet they seem to do it at the expense of making people feel crummy..and as sources for Pablo's staff...to make customers their personal entertainment....butchering a family..on cold Sunday night ...in the dead of winter. These are the kind of events that make one wonder...with how disgusting we were treated to our face..,what they would do to our food.!! All for their giggles!!! The management FAILED..and I hope the owner...learns of her staffs deplorable conduct! Here is a joke for you.... "A family walks into Pablo's for pizza...and is ridiculed and humilated for the satffs personal laughter" Yea.. It isn't funny at all. Oh but wait! We aren't the staff at Pablo's! They must find this hilarious!

This place is awesome!! Everything from the cheese sticks to the pizza. I have never left unhappy or hungry. Great food and people.

It's very fitting that this small pizza restaurant is named after a wildly famous creative artist. Pablo Picasso is one of the most recognized modern artists, inspiring the cubism style in the early 1900s. His intricate paintings filled with jarring lines and bold colors departed from traditional artistic perspectives. He stood out for creating masterpieces that defied the status quo. The pizza at Pablo's Pizza really does seem like "a slice of art" - as their tagline claims. They've taken a variety of bold flavors and culinary ideas that many might be uncomfortable experimenting with. A brief glance at their menu might leave you puzzled, unsure of how it really will taste. I can assure you, these pizzas are inspiring a deviation from the traditional cheese and pepperoni, and encouraging our community to be a little more artistically inclined with their food. Renowned artists have made their mark in the world by using concepts and elements that others have not dared to try. Pablo's Pizza is the most unique pizzeria in Fort Collins, and while not every slice is a masterpiece, every pizza is a slice of art.

Absolutely LOVE this place! We stumbled on it by accident, and have returned in the same week (and we live 40 miles away)! I had the Blonde Beast, a scrumptious chicken, olive oil, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and mushrooms work of art! My 12 year old twins loved the pesto, and my husband rates the cheese pizza as the best he's ever had. Highly recommend!
(5)Emily H.
Good beer selection, creative and tasty pizza selection, pleasant ambiance. I can't complain!
(4)Denise M.
Last night was the first time I've ordered from here. We got a kids personal pizza, the Italian Stallion pizza, a Greek salad and toasted ravioli. Aside from them forgetting the sauce for the ravioli everything was fantastic!! The wait for delivery was long but it was well worth the wait! We'll definitely be ordering from here again!
